Q. I’ve placed my order, how can I track it?

There are two ways to track your order:

Q. What are the shipping rates?

Our standard shipping is via USPS. We process and ship orders Monday – Saturday  within 72 hours of receipt.  For those who choose expedited shipping, please remember that our standard in-house processing time (3 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time. Your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment from our facility within 3 business days( an exception to this is Bella’s Haute Couture Products, which are made to order) Depending on your selected shipping method and location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery. If you request next day delivery, you will receive an Express Mail tracking number via email upon shipment. This email serves as your confirmation of shipment and we suggest you retain it in your records until the order is received.

We ship to all 50 US states and the following countries (international shipping rates will apply):

Q. Do you accept phone orders?

At this time, Bella Bardot can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use PAY PAL with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.

Q. What is your return policy? Can I change or cancel my order?

If you don’t absolutely fall in love with our products, please contact us via email at so that our representatives may assist you in the return of your items. We’ll gladly accept the return of any  product if received back in our offices within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit to you through our website for the initial purchase price. The credit may be used towards the purchase of any item from our website within 60 days. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your credit card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping fees cannot be included in this credit.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Q. Can I find Bella Bardot in my local store?

Bella Bardot products may be found at natural health food stores, specialty stores, beauty salons, beauty supplies, spas, hotels and boutiques nationwide. If your local store does not carry Bella Bardot products, we suggest you have them contact us directly so that we can ensure a steady supply of your favorite Bella Bardot products.

Q. Can I purchase Bella Bardot products in larger sizes??

Bella Bardot only offers gallons tubs to our retail community.  Please send inquiries to for pricing.

Q. Do Bella Bardot Products expire? How long is the shelf life?

All Bella Bardot products are made in small batches with all-natural ingredients. We recommend that they be replaced 1 year after purchase, and cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any product if it has been left open or it has come in contact with water or any other material.

Store creams, oils, balms, and candles in a cool, dry dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. This especially important if you are ‘stocking up’ on multiple products. For spas, hotels, boutique and other business customers who purchase our products by the gallon, we suggest you refill into a smaller bottle and keep it out of direct contact with water unless it will be used completely within one month.

Q. Where are Bella Bardot products made?

All Bella Bardot products are proudly made and packaged in the USA. 

Q. I bought two of the same products, but they look different in color and/or texture, why is that?

Natural products that contain herbs and flowers can vary in scent, color and texture. Many factors can affect the look of a product.  Some of these factors include the season and the time of year the ingredients were harvested. These differences are what make natural products unique. Products can darker over time as the herbs become more pronounced; herbs may fall to the bottom of the bottle and emollient oils may rise to the top (simply stir to mix). Essential oils are volatile (evaporate as they release their scent) and you may notice a slight change in the blend. This is all very normal and expected when using natural products.

Q. Do you use organic ingredients?

Each one of our products contains one or more organic ingredients. Bella Bardot is a proud member of the Organic Trade Association and the Natural Products Organization.


Q. I am a Vegan. What products can I use and support and do you test on animals?

All Bella Bardot products are VEGAN with the exception of three that utilize animal byproducts:  Bella Bardot’s Protection Scrub and Protection Cream contain milk and eggshells; Bella Bardot’s Love Scrub contains honey. No Dipropylene Glycol • No Phthalates •  No Petroleum Oils • No Artificial Colors or Fragrances• Gluten Free• Nano Free.  We are 100% KOSHER in all of our products, and are 100% VEGAN in all of our products but three -the Protection Scrub, the Protection Cream and The Love Scrub- in which we are 100% VEGETARIAN.  When we say all natural, we mean ALL-NATURAL!  A  proud member of PETA and avid supporter of a cruelty free world, Bella Bardot NEVER tests on animals!

Q. What should I do if I accidentally ingest some of a Bella Bardot Product?

Our products smell yummy, and many have ingredients that you might already eat or drink, so some children (or adults) may be tempted to taste them. Our products are natural, but are intended for external use only, and are not meant for human consumption.  Although safe and natural, if ingested, your pediatrician/health care professional should always be your first point of contact. If you cannot contact your pediatrician or health care professional, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.

Q. Are all your ingredients listed on your site?

We will maintain and update our ingredient listings on as part of our desired commitment to the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics.  Bella Bardot has enrolled to sign the Compact for Safe Cosmetics and currently meets the requirements under their rules and regulations. The Compact for Safe Cosmetics includes the following requirements:

  • Comply with the EU Cosmetics Directive in all markets
  • Disclose all ingredients
  • Publish and regularly update product information in EWG's Skin Deep database
  • Comply with ingredient prohibitions and restrictions under the Compact for Safe Cosmetics
  • Participate in the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics

Q. If your products are all natural, why do you use preservatives?

Cosmetics are subject to contamination and growth of bacteria, mold and other microorganisms. We created a preservative system to help ensure the integrity of Bella Bardot products with formulas tailored to the needs of each product. We use only naturally derived preservatives.

People sometimes ask us why we use preservatives in our natural products. As a manufacturer and distributor of natural products, we strive to make our products as natural as possible.  However, one reality of modern life is that we need preservatives in certain products. To get many (especially natural) products from the manufacturer to you requires some sort of preservative.  Products are often shipped from manufacturer through distributors, shipping warehouses and other places that add time (and often heat) before the product ever reaches you. To get that product to you and to have a reasonable shelf life requires that certain products be preserved, in some fashion.

Preservatives of some kind will almost always be needed in products where water is present. Water is the basis of all life, including bacteria, fungi and molds. Products without preservatives may have a short shelf life, even if refrigerated. Products that are not properly preserved, even if made in a pristine environment and free of microbes, when shipped can become a health risk when exposed to the yeast, mold, fungi and bacteria present in all of our homes.

Currently, in only two of our products out of our entire product line, namely the Protection Scrub and the Protection Cream, we use a preservative containing parabens. Parabens are a group of broad-spectrum preservatives (meaning they kill a variety of germs) used to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms, especially molds and yeast. We find this to be necessary because these products contain milk.

Parabens are derived from benzoic acid. Benzoic acid is a chemical commonly found in plants. Parabens have been used extensively for over 50 years and have been researched thoroughly.  Parabens are used in very small concentrations causing absolutely no reason for concern for most people. At Bella Bardot, we are committed to making the best natural products that support healthy lives, healthy minds and a healthy spirit; we are looking forward to a very near future of all paraben free products.  For now, the pareben that we do use, which is Methylparaben (accounting for less than 1% of the ingredients), is produced naturally and found in several fruits, primarily blueberries.

             Administration in relation to research studies on parabens:

In 2008, the Cosmetics Ingredient Review Expert Panel, which conducts research on product safety for the FDA, concluded that paraben exposure from cosmetics and body care products was safe. The Panel found the estrogen effects from parabens are so weak that it is highly unlikely they can be harmful to health, especially in the small amounts used in cosmetics and body care products. In addition, the Panel noted parabens do not build up in the body over time and therefore are unlikely to cause harm.

Q. Are there any medical facts regarding your products I should know about?

All Bella Bardot products are designed to be natural and mild, keeping our connection with nature.   Occasionally, some people become sensitized ('allergic') to an ingredient. If you experience a rash or irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified physician. Information on the Bella Bardot website is provided to help you choose which products are best suited to your needs and any information provided herein should not be construed as medical advice. If you have questions about a particular medical condition, please consult your physician. Never use cosmetic products on broken or irritated skin without first checking with a doctor. If you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, we suggest you carefully review the ingredient label of the product before using and avoid any ingredients which you believe may cause a reaction. Most of our products contain high levels of emollients to hydrate your skin, which is what makes our products so desirable. These emollients, however, may leave your bath tub or shower slippery, so please use caution when exiting you tub or bath and always clean up after product use. If you are pregnant or nursing, please contact your physician prior to using any product. Avoid contact with eyes regarding all products and none of our products are meant for human consumption. Some of our packaging is cello-wrapped to ensure non-tampering.  Please use caution when opening and do not leave any wrapping materials, caps, bags, pumps, charms and/or ribbons around small children, as they might be a choking or strangulation hazard.  Regarding our incense, Bella suggests that it be used in well ventilated areas. Please be aware of burning incense around asthmatic children or adults; please consult a physician or a medical professional /health practitioner prior to use if you are uncertain of the possibility of these or other medical conditions in which the use of incense is not recommended. Regarding our candles, never leave a burning candle unattended.

Q. One of my scrubs got hard in the shower, why did that happen?

All of our products are natural and made with pure ingredients.  The scrubs are either made with sugar or salt as its base for exfoliation. If water gets into a sugar scrub, it will harden, much like the sugar in your kitchen would after it also gets exposed to air. If water gets into a salt scrub, it will make the product watery. To avoid this, use the included scoops and keep the scrubs dry and closed.

Q. I have noticed traces of cinnamon left on my skin after using the Money Scrub, is this normal?

Several of our products have organic cinnamon as one of the ingredients.  Cinnamon is known for its many magical properties and is a must in most of the recipes that were handed down in Bella’s family.  You can scrub or wash off any excess cinnamon in the shower, and you may blend in any cinnamon that might be on your skin after using the Love Balm.  Just know that this ingredient gives our products the “kick” they need for the desired results!

Q. I love the Love Balm, can I use it in other areas of my body?

Bella Bardot’s Love Balm was created with luster and scent in mind. Some Bella Bardot clients like to use The Love Balm on the ends of their hair, as a makeup remover, on their cuticles, and for their manicures and pedicures. Some won’t go out without it on their legs, as it gives them baby soft skin.  The truth is that The Love Balm can be used anywhere on your body that needs extra emollient moisture with the benefit of the one of a kind fabulous scent that you can only find in our Love Collection.

Q. How often can I use the scrubs?

Exfoliating has always been an important step in all skin-care treatments. Exfoliating helps to rejuvenate the skin by exposing the smoother and supple layer of skin after removal of dead skin layers. A body scrub will actually help to remove all the dead skin off your body and expose a supple layer of younger skin, making you feel fresh and rejuvenated. If your skin has become rough and has darkened due to pollution or exposure to dust, you can use a body scrub to remove the rough skin layer leaving you with a soft and lustrous skin. The recommended use of other scrubs is once or twice a week.  However, our products are gentle enough to use everyday; people with more sensitive skin can use a combination of some of our other products within the same line if they don’t want to use the scrubs as often.  Our scrubs and products have a unique twist to them whereas they are based on ancient traditional recipes for specific uses.  This in of itself would entail the use of a product in a sequence of days (usually 7 sequential days).  Use the products as needed. We recommend that for intention purposes, you use the scrubs either in sequences of 7 days, separated by a few days off, three times per week, or every other day.  The truth is Bella would like you to learn to get connected with your spirit and your body—follow your heart and listen to what your body needs.

Q. Can you guarantee that I will find love, have money, or be protected by using your line?

The Bella Bardot All Natural Beauty, Body Care and Pure Products line was created using ancient traditions using wonderful, organic ingredients and a high quality product for your skin, with recipes that have been known for centuries to manifest love, wealth, protection, and success.  We combine scientifically-proven ingredients with century-proven recipes to open the gates to healthy skin, happiness and beauty. Bella uses the "secret magic" behind plants, herbs, flowers, and spices provided by Mother Nature to obtain specific results in beauty, love, and success.  We use these recipes as aids in combination with the laws of attraction.
